Who do you work with?

Small businesses, creators, and local service companies who rely on their website to bring in leads—and want it stable, secure, and maintained.

What’s included in the monthly plans?

Monitoring, SSL and uptime alerts, daily offsite backups with restore support, and basic security monitoring. Maintain and Priority add scheduled updates (monthly or biweekly) plus a small monthly allotment for minor changes.

Will updates break my site?

They can—especially on plugin-heavy sites. Our process is rollback-first: we snapshot before changes, update in a controlled order, and verify the critical paths. If something conflicts, we roll back and recommend the safest fix.

Do you build new websites or do redesigns?

We can, but it’s separate from the monthly plans. The plans are for ongoing care and maintenance; new builds and redesigns are scoped and quoted separately.

How fast can you start?

Often the same week. If your site is down or urgent, we’ll prioritize a quick start and tell you what’s realistic.

What counts as a minor change?

Small edits like text swaps, image updates, simple plugin/settings tweaks, and light troubleshooting. Anything that changes layout, adds major features, or requires custom development is scoped separately.

What if this turns into a bigger project?

We’ll confirm scope before anything bigger and give you a clear quote—no surprises.
