The new windmill turned above Homestead in the evening, and below it NotAsthenia finally had fans moving under power. The machine was finished, functional, and immediately opened for visitors.
Omayor came over for the first look and declared that the age of falling to death was over. This proved slightly optimistic: NotAsthenia soon dug too fast in the Nether and returned to the old method. Still, the windmill stood. A build assembled through repeated falls had become something a neighbor could tour, laugh beside, and watch work.
FIRST NIGHT, FULL POCKETS
Keywas arrived to three greetings, then set off at the pace of someone who had no intention of staying new for long. Iron became armor and a better pick; a shield stopped a projectile; lava filled a bucket. A creeper delivered the first grave after Keywas “forgot crouch was not block in java,” and Omayor supplied the useful local custom: /back.
By midnight, the route had reached diamonds, a wildflower, and grape seeds. Meanwhile, Boofreon asked TheArkanite for leather to make backpacks for spawn. The town’s welcome came in both forms yesterday: a chorus at the door and practical pockets waiting nearby.
THE PROMINENCE DESK — WIRES UNDER THE FLOOR
On Prominence, Enrimo discovered that Krealbyg_ had already automated Nether Stars: request one from storage, and a hidden machine summons a Wither, kills it, and repeats. Then the pair turned to a smaller menace—an ugly patch of mud and visible cabling upstairs. Copycat panels failed, slabs complicated the stairs, but cable facades finally hid the works. Enrimo’s verdict: “its smarter than blocks.”
