Getting started

Homestead is a whitelisted, 18+ community server. The complete joining guide — launcher downloads, screenshots, and troubleshooting — lives on the Play page. The short version:

  1. Join the Discord — everything (whitelist, help, news) happens there.
  2. Introduce yourself in #introductions — age or 18+ confirmation, your Minecraft Java username, and how you like to play.
  3. Request whitelist in #whitelist — run /whitelist request username:YourMinecraftName with your exact Java username. The bot verifies the name and confirms when you’re in.
  4. Install the pack — CurseForge, Modrinth, or Prism.
  5. Launch and connect — the server address is already saved inside the official profile. Say hi in #arrivals.

First launch takes a few minutes while shaders and assets compile. If anything breaks, start with troubleshooting and then ask in #join-help.
