The Road Through The Wall

“hi I made my house vanilla horror”

Yesterday on Homestead, Sylphik opened the local tourism board at his base and immediately described the destination as "vanilla horror," which is at least honest advertising. The actual exhibit was Via Romana: signs, strands, and built roadways that only work where someone has laid real infrastructure. Boofreon found the gate system first by spawning in at Wolfprism's place, wandering into the creaking-and-golem situation, and deciding the whole thing was "sane," which may be the highest possible modded-Minecraft compliment.

By late evening, the path became a proper demonstration. LegoBoy1024 came back to a loud welcome, tested the sign magic, and soon needed paper for whatever serious business follows a doorway that turns you into "an enchantmenr." Havensurge took the tour too, connected the world with strands, and started eyeing his own town for gates. One charming path later, the server had a new question: are we building fast travel, or are we building a road system with consequences? Good news: both.

Elsewhere, Havensurge showed off the industrial side of town: a full lava tank and the copper / XP / diamond machine now doing the sort of work that makes pickaxes nervous.

LegoBoy1024 summoned a Wither for a nether star, then learned the recipe book had less violent opinions. A loose Wither is now reportedly roaming the End, which is exactly the kind of sentence the paper likes to print once and then monitor carefully.

Wolfprism kept the village economy moving with mending access, emerald logistics, and the bold disclosure that the cows reached base by leash, through the ocean.

Tomorrow's Roadside Notices

  • Will Sylphik's gate network become a town feature or a very stylish maze?
  • Is the loose End Wither still accepting visitors?
  • Who is brave enough to inspect Havensurge's lava-and-diamond works?
  • Send screenshots, witness statements, and suspicious sign behavior to the newsroom.
