By late evening, Homestead’s railway had climbed onto the Nether roof.
A track press at Mac_Attack9’s base had spent the evening stamping rails while a new loop curled around New Steamford and through its factories. Nearby, TheArkanite was solving the larger geography problem: the train line went through a portal, crossed the roof, and finally tied Ivoryhold into the main line.
“Nether trains are officially a thing,” TheArkanite announced. Mac’s first question was the correct one: “automated lava to spawn?”
That train still needed building, and the new route was hungry for track. TheArkanite admitted needing “SO much more,” then asked to borrow some. Mac’s answer turned a private production line into public infrastructure: “take as much as you need am about to produce abunch more.”
By night’s end, the rails reached through the Nether and back into town. The fire below remained extremely scenic and, for once, politely out of the way.
The Overnight Workshop
Before dawn, B00kWurm planned to “slap a roof” on the new house and perhaps design a compact iron farm. The roof led, as roofs often do, to a mechanical crafter, crushing wheels, and a working iron farm.
Then Mello___ and Dur4bl3 wandered over and turned the workshop into an impromptu lesson on multiplying coal ore. Book asked the useful questions, Mello explained the loop, and Dur4bl3 supplied the concise economic forecast: “diamond.”

What rolls through the Nether first: a lava delivery or passengers bound for Ivoryhold? Does the New Steamford loop earn a station? What will Book power with the first coal loop?
