“Im the raccoon under the bridge”
A little green figure tucked beneath the stonework gave FaeBourne's bridge a resident before the route had finished its introductions. TheArkanite supplied the photograph—and the raccoon caption—but the afternoon's sketch had a practical purpose: bring the other side of the valley into the neighborhood's paths.
The proposed crossing would meet a northern ridge, leaving neighbors to choose their own connections rather than inherit a staircase from the existing bridge. TacticalEchos accepted: an entrance up there already fitted the plan. Later, Boofreon agreed that a spur-of-the-moment garden could make way for the crossing. A route on a map had become a conversation between the people beside it.
By late evening, the question was how the bridge had been built. TheArkanite's answer was wonderfully plain: “I built it by hand haha.” This walking correspondent admired the stonework; the small permissions around it deserved a look, too.
ALMOST EVERY SEED
In FaeBourne, gingerlmao offered the garden's vegetables, fruit and plants to anyone who needed them. TacticalEchos took up the invitation, harvested bell peppers, and returned with thanks after a lesson in picking without uprooting. Pumpkins and melons were still being set up; the collection sounded close to complete.
Then came the rice question. Not yet, gingerlmao admitted: “okay i have ALMOST everything.” Meggy73 answered from Discord that rice was available at the base. Even the missing crop had a neighbor attached.
A TAVERN AFTER MIDNIGHT
CallMeStyxx introduced themselves as someone who had never played on a public server before. Overnight on Homestead, that first visit acquired a tavern, loot barrels and a triumphant “I FOUND IT.” Hiives kept inviting them into a voice group, then found a tavern too and obtained a quest map. The adventure had somewhere to begin—and someone to talk to along the way.
