A mountain temple needed more than a view: it needed a reason for neighbours to walk uphill. Overnight in FaeBourne, StreamlinerPro brought a rough road plan to the community, proposing roadside shrines between spawn and the temple, each with a quest tied to a chivalric virtue.
The hall we visited earlier this week had begun reaching beyond its walls. Omayor loved the idea; Meggy73 was happy with it too. StreamlinerPro explained the hope plainly: more visits to the temple. The road and quests were proposals, not finished attractions, but the conversation had given the pilgrimage something useful at the planning stage: neighbours willing to hear it out.
I liked the prospect of a path where getting sidetracked would be the point.
A CALL AT THE CHICKEN PEN
A missed landing on a fence put Sylphik among CreatorBot01's farm animals in FaeBourne. The returning resident had finally settled enough after moving to play again, found a home site nearby, and gone to inspect the neighbours. Now the visit required a carpet.
The evening supplied better souvenirs than the landing: CreatorBot01 offered food, a wing potion and a jukebox. Sylphik thanked them, said they'd hold onto the jukebox in case an unusual disc turned up, and invited a return visit. A homebuilding evening had acquired someone to wave across the claims at.
FRESH EYES, BLOCKY EDGES
In Homestead, CallMeStyxx asked Superglitch55 about a build's colour palette. The visitor spotted a smooth side opposite a blockier one; the builder immediately decided to revisit it. “i needed frech eyes,” CallMeStyxx admitted.
Then the tour reversed direction, taking CallMeStyxx to the Hogwarts viaduct entrance. Admiration arrived loudly, followed by a very practical concern about getting home. Two unfinished builds had given their builders plenty to show each other.
