THE VOID, WITH COMPANY

“alrighty, thank you for showing me this”
The endless drop beneath the End was exactly what xMammaMo disliked. Wings helped; the thought of one wrong step did not. By midday in FaeBourne, RealIceCreeper had offered a reason to cross anyway: a structure full of netherite ingots and nether stars.
An invitation became an expedition. xMammaMo entered the End, found diamond equipment, and revised an earlier modest interest in the loot: “ok this is just an unholy amount lol”. Later came an End city and a shulker-powered ascent. The place that had sounded unbearable had supplied quite an afternoon.
Katt_Bug got company there too. RealIceCreeper helped with equipment, demonstrated a broom, and joined them in bringing the dragon back. An accidental lightning strike prompted apologies; Katt_Bug laughed it off. The dragon killed them twice, but they returned and earned the victory. Their shulker hat survived. Some expedition souvenirs were evidently more stubborn than their owners.
A SOAK IN SCARLET
By evening, FaeBourne's building supplies had taken a fleshy turn. kaestar bought raw beef from Katt_Bug for diamonds while another resident offered help gathering more meat blocks. Then kaestar went to build Katt_Bug a hot tub—with blood rather than ordinary bathwater.
The job needed more buckets and a deeper end. By overnight, Sylphik, Mohaba_KittyCat, RealIceCreeper and Katt_Bug had gathered for a soak. Sylphik admired the colour, enjoyed the bath, and wanted another gathering. Katt_Bug posted the group picture. The plumbing was alarming; the company had excellent reviews.
A BEACON WITHOUT THE BEAM
P4iniac introduced themself with a fondness for factory tinkering and builds that evoked a feeling. Boofreon welcomed them and offered help. That evening in Homestead, P4iniac made a beacon beam invisible with tinted glass. A resident seeking a comfy community had arrived with an unusually discreet light fitting.
